I have been working in education since 2014, starting as an Early years Key Worker to most recently having completed by 1st year as an ECT. In 2020, I graduated with 1st Class Honours in Learning and Teaching with my degree focusing on behaviour management, SEND education and inclusion, and curriculum issues. During 2022, I worked as a supply teacher gaining experience from working in Year 1 to 6, in a variety of schools (free schools, independent schools and academies). I use my studies, ongoing learning, collaborating with staff and reflective thinking along with my varied experience to cultivate my own teaching style that focuses on positivity, inclusive and holistic teaching, and nurturing children into becoming resilient, dedicated and independent learners that are motivated in achieving their highest standards in their learning.
