It surprises me how many KS4 students still need to be taught how to draw a graph. An essential scientific and mathematics skill forgotten by most science teachers due to the content driven curriculum. This resource is very 'How Science Works' This can be used as a poster in the centre of student examples, displaying perfect graph work or even examples of what not to do. Or this can be used as a guide to stick in their science books.

A simple worksheet I made to help my BTEC class answer the assignment questions for P5. Asks about the effect of different concentrations on rates of reaction, as well as the possible effects of temperature, catalysts and particle size. Hope this is useful.

I use this with my form group once a week. Get them in pairs and make a competition for class dojo points. Can be used for students learning to read or write, and also to expand vocabulary by picking up on words that other students have made. It's really easy to edit. You can even add more rules to make it more challenging. e.g. No plural words. An endless resource. Please leave feedback and check out my other resources.

A double sided worksheet to use as a revision exercise or AfL. Task 1 is fairly simple and can be tackled as a starter. Tasks 2 and 3 may need some guidance for the less able students. This is my first resource posted as a PGCE student. Please rate and comment, thanks.

I have used this assembly twice now and it goes down really well. Students will act as each famous character and can even dress up. You will need to embed the video or add a hyper link to it on YouTube.
