I love using Socratic circles, Project-Based Learning, affective reflection activities, and metacognitive strategies to help students connect to literature and to build their confidence as writers. I plan my units with the objectives in mind and all of my units come with a detailed "road map" for a teacher to follow while implementing each lesson or activity.
