A simple bookmark you can print off. On the bookmark it says: Don’t you just hate it when your teacher says, “I want more details!” How can there be more details? Or when the teacher says, “Be more descriptive!” What can you do to put more description and details into your work? Be a Camera! Not just any camera, mind you, but a magic camera that lets you zoom in and out of settings, seeing and capturing not only the scenes, but the smells, tastes, sounds, and things you can feel (textures) in your story.

Just add the names of your student’s and print off onto sticky labels or plain paper. I normally print about 20 of these at the beginning of the year and whenever the children need a new book, they just take a new label and stick it on themselves. Makes life just that little bit easier (anything to save time). Please check out my shop (now with over 2,000 resources available).
