A fantastic Google Sheets Grade Book and Progress Chart Generator - ideal for collating grades and scores from across different tests, quizzes, homework and assignments. Letter (or number) grades are allocated automatically and the Grade Book is colour-coded for at-a-glance data analysis. Individual and class reports are instantly generated - perfect for sharing with students to ensure they are aware of their areas of strength, areas for development and general progress over time. FEATURES ★ For each assessment you can assign a maximum score and set grade boundaries (e.g. for an assessment out of 20, you might have: high > 15, mid 6-14, low < 5). It will use these to colour-code the scores and calculate percentages automatically. A letter (or number) grade is assigned to each student depending on their average percentage grade - the boundaries and gradings are easily editable on the ‘Overview’ page. It tracks student averages and class averages and presents this information to you in easy to understand charts. It creates a chart for each student showing their scores across each test - perfect for allowing them to see trends and to analyse their strengths and weaknesses. This is all collated on one sheet for easy printing. You can also instantly generate individual reports for each child where it compares their scores against the class averages. Configured for up to 40 assessments and 100 students, although you can add more, or delete, if needed. ★ WHAT YOU GET ★ Your purchase will enable you immediate access to a PDF with links to Google Drive and our tutorial video. ★ WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ★ As this is built using Google Sheets, a Google account is required for use. It works on any device that works with the Google apps, but works best on a PC/Mac desktop, laptop, android tablet or iPad. ★ IMPORTANT ★ Please do not allow colleagues to make a copy - you have bought the right to use and edit a copy, but not for a team or a school. Please consider the time and effort put in by us before thinking of sharing.
