White-Collar Crime WJEC Level 3 Criminology Unit 1 AC1.1 Analyse different types of crime. This is a full lesson pack including PowerPoint, Student Workbook, Literacy and assessment handout and detailed teacher notes. Once the lesson is completed the workbook can be used in the Unit 1 Controlled Assessment. Resources included are: AC1.1 White-Collar Crime student workbook. This includes activities, questions and knowledge that will help students to analyse White-Collar Crime and help them structure notes for the Unit 1 controlled assessment. AC 1.1. White-Collar Crime Lesson PowerPoint - with information, activity instructions for the students and key exam skills information. AC1.1 White-Collar Crime Literacy and Assessment Handout - this provides students with the assessment criteria, key terms glossary, guidance on structuring notes and sentence starters that can be used to help students write in their controlled assessment about white-collar crime. AC1.1 White - Collar Crime Lesson Plan and Teacher Notes - these detailed notes include the lesson plan / rationale. Detailed instructions on how to facilitate activities and also answers / suggested answers to some of the activities. References are made to the relevant slide numbers, pages numbers and documents that are needed in each activity. This lesson tries to include different activities and suggestions for a range of learning styles. Pedagogy includes videos, discussions, knowledge re-call, literacy and extended writing. The notes made in this booklet are compliant with WJEC’s guidance on controlled assessments therefore, students could take it into the assessment with them.
