Maths crossword: Word Multiplication
Crosswords and maths very rarely go together however, this resource is perfect for mixing up maths lessons and also helps students with their literacy. It has always surprised me how poor some students are at spelling numbers!
This resource includes a crossword with and without pictures along with the solution. All questions will challenge students knowledge of the 12 times tables. You may want to use this as a starter, plenary or even a timed task. Feel free to use with or without calculators also.

Magnetism and electromagnets tarsia
A fun and engaging way to study, learn and revise magnetism and electromagnets required in the Physics curriculum. I like to have these printed on coloured paper and laminated, ready to give to students who finish other tasks quickly. Really nice kinaesthetic way of learning and problem solving.
Included is: the answer table, regular and large tarsia pieces and finally, the solution.
This particular resource was made with the UK GCSE curriculum in mind however, is perfectly suitable for most curriculum’s around the world
