Terrestrial Biomes is a comprehensive classroom resource. Each poster file is provided in A3 (29.7 x 42 cm) or Tabloid (11x17 inches), allowing an instant classroom display showing images of 8 major terrestrial biomes. Each poster has a fact box including information about location, temperature and precipitation. A map poster shows the location of each biome. Accompanying the poster set is a booklet containing notes on each biome. The detailed notes include information about each biome’s location, temperature range, annual precipitation, flora and fauna. Home printers and some online printing companies will only accept files in this format. Modern home printers can print RGB files. This four poster set of printable educational Geography posters shows a model of a Cold Front, Occluded Front, Stationary Front and Warm Front, accompanied by brief details of each and the weather they usually bring with them. Sizes These posters are supplied in two standard educational poster sizes: American paper size: 18 x 24 inches International paper size:A2 (42 x 59.4 cm) Files We have supplied four zipped files. Each file includes two for 16 x 20 inches and two for A2 42 x 59.4 cm. The first of the two files is a high-resolution 300 dpi RGB colour jpeg. The second file is a high-resolution 300 dpi CYMK colour PDF. Due to standard colour printing requirements, you are supplied with two files for each size. Why an RGB and a CYMK colour file? RGB jpeg files can be printed at places that print posters (Walgreens & Walmart (US), Officeworks, Big W, and Harvey Norman (Australia), If you intend to print your poster using one of these services, the RGB colour file should be okay. If you print your file through a printing company, they will probably want a print-ready, high-resolution 300 dpi CYMK PDF. Therefore, the second file has been converted to CYMK colour and includes all necessary printer’s marks. Note that the files you receive do not contain the watermark.
