Betsy Belle's Shop

Every resource I upload must be relevant and current. It must look attractive. It must be straightforward to use for the teacher (so you can download during lunch and use it straightaway!) It must be effective. I only upload resources that I use myself in the classroom, resources that create a buzz and drive the learning forward.

KS2 Space: Build your own astronaut

KS2 Space: Build your own astronaut

Develop motor skills and create beautiful, moving astronauts to hang in your classroom or add to a display. Pupils cut the individual astronaut body parts and reassemble either by sticking onto coloured paper or card or by attaching with split pins. I have included the original astronaut for differentiation purposes allowing pupils who struggle with scissors to access the task without the need for cutting small body parts. Black and whit and colour versions included- of you print the black and white you can ask pupils to colour in their table or group colour for example or simply allow them to colour as they please and get creative.
