I have written these marking comments based on the marked Band 2 and Band 4 samples from NCFE. I have used them to help me mark the NEA/ decide on marking bands and have copied and pasted them onto the assessor feedback sheet to make completing it more efficient and straightforward. This booklet contains all of the key information needed for BTEC Level 3 Children’s Play, Learning and Development Unit 2 - Development of Children’s Communication, Literacy and Numeracy Skills. Most of it is a summary of the information from the official textbook (for all Learning Aims) but there is also information from the Development Matters non-statutory guidance document and the EYFS statutory framework as well as a small amount of extra information on Makaton. Sheets could be printed individually or by topic although it is designed to be printed as one A4 booklet. I hope this helps a few people as Unit 2 can be a pain!
