This map is great for students to practice directions. I suggest laminating a bunch and having your students use them to practice directions and prepositions. Mini dinky cars bought at Dollarama or Walmart will fit on the roads. Students love driving around on the streets. Use as a listening mark. - Can students arrive at your location? Use it as a speaking mark. - Can students explain directions from one place to another? Great for à + le/la/l'/les or prepositions and de + le/la/l'/les ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Some or all of the graphics in this resource came from Poppydreamz Digital Art. *Community words with double verb construction, using aller, vouloir, and devoir verbs* " I have, who has" Give each student one card and set the timer. See how fast they can get through all of the cards. Challenge your students to beat their time, or challenge another class. Great way to get students talking, and practicing vocabulary. (Same concept as the game "J'ai..Qui a" Example: First student: Qui va au cinéma? Next student must have the answer on their card: Je vais au cinéma. and asks the questions on their card. Continued until the last card. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Some or all of the graphics in this presentation came from Poppydreamz Digital Art. Authentic French reading activity - #30 Questions

Great authentic reading activity for intermediate students. These questions are about a French blog post about a teenage girl. The 30 questions she answers are currently being passed around the internet for students to fill out on their social media. My students enjoyed reading about this girl, as her interests and answers were similar to current trends/ likes/dislikes. (Twitter, iPhone, websites, games) Easy to understand vocabulary, yet answers are at a teenage level. My students enjoyed reading the blog, but I have printed a copies of the blog in the past when technology wasn't available. The blog post can be found here: http://blog-beaute-d-une-fille.skyrock.com/3175971205-TAG-30-questions-de-presentation.html
