Preview: Behaviour management “Children’s behaviour often poses challenges to teachers. Sometimes such behaviour causes irritation to the teacher teaching a large class with varying abilities. At other times the behaviour of certain children disrupts the normal operation of the classroom or school for a time” (Gutierrez, 2018). Reflecting on my first term as a trainee teacher, this essay will evaluate my professional practice and focus on the strategies I have learned and implemented to help all pupils make good progress in my lessons.
