(See L1 & L2). In L3 students will focus more closely on Lipids/Fatty acid and begin to gain a better understanding of condensation reactions and how ester bonds can form to make triglycerides. The other is a very colourful Blooms’ Higher order Thinking Board, we called this the HOT board and we get students to select questions and phrases to use in their exercise books.
