Having started teaching in 1979, I rose to become a Head Teacher, Chief Executive and a NLE. My secondary school rose from a poor performing school to an outstanding, top performing school under my leadership. These last 8 years or so, I have been training literally thousands of primary and secondary schools on how to deliver on the standards agenda.
