A visual essay plan for the classic question of ‘Why did William win the Battle of Hastings?’, demonstrating the essay structure, P,E,E technique and how linking can be achieved. Points and Evidence are reinforced by images to utilise students’ visual memory (which can be coloured in by students to reinforce further).
