Battle of Hastings - visual History / Revision cartoon sheet. A simple comic book style, 4 page, overview of the the events of 1066. Ideal as a guide or revision sheet for Year 7 students, who can colour in the images to aid understanding and memory of the events of 1066.

A visual essay plan for the classic question of ‘Why did William win the Battle of Hastings?’, demonstrating the essay structure, P,E,E technique and how linking can be achieved. Points and Evidence are reinforced by images to utilise students’ visual memory (which can be coloured in by students to reinforce further). Evidence images are taken from the companion ‘Visual History/Revision Guide’.
