This resource has been developed for use with undergraduate students with no prior work experience, but it’s a great resource to use with younger students are starting to think about the world of work too! This is a workbook which covers five commonly asked interview questions that usually stump young people, and provides guidance on: WHY the employer is asking this question WHAT a strong answer to the question might look like HOW to structure an answer in response to the question Each page has room for students to make notes and have an attempt at writing their own answer to each of the questions. The workbook can be used in class as an introductory exercise to a longer session about interview questions, as a take-home resource or homework. Careers staff can support learner journeys by providing feedback and guidance on student answers.
