Useful for gathering ideas and vocabulary in preparation for writing the story itself. I used this for KS1 (Year 2) but I’m sure it would work very well with KS2 as well! It is differentiated two ways (LA - images already ordered and on sheet and HA/MA - children need to order images themselves) © Images on worksheets belong to Aaron Becker from the book Journey.
Created these punch cards with a seasonal theme. My idea for my September class 2020 is to give each child a punch card at the start of each term/half term. As they are in year 3 I want them to start having responisbility for their own items so they have to look after their own cards and when they gain a reward they can bring the card to me and i will pop a hole on one of the stars. Once they have all of the stars punched out they will receive a reward from the reward box! You can edit this resource to change the bitmojis or even change the theme completely and have an all year around one!
