Welcome to English with Elle! What do we teachers actually want and need in a resource? I want to open a resource, glance through it, and know: right, I can use this. A resource can look great but lack substance. So...I make resources with the bits teachers often have to sort out themselves in mind. Clear instructions, sensible pacing, enough practice, answers, and the small details that stop a lesson from becoming fiddly. One less thing to think about, a little more time to TEACH!
