This is a quiz all groups in year 7 onwards should be able to access. The rounds are all Maths based apart from the last round. It's a great end of term activity or just good for a reward while still getting the students to answer Maths questions.
This is the first Pythagoras' Theorem lesson I taught to my year 9 class and a lesson I was observed on. Students will need the use of red, yellow and green cards so that you can assess their understanding throughout the lesson.
Slide 25 - I used this slide to assess students learning. I asked the class to complete the questions. Once we had discussed the answers, I then asked students to use their red. yellow and green cards to show me how they had done, for example, if you got 0 or 1 show red, if you got 2 correct show yellow and all correct show green.
