I use this as a starting point for the topic on hardware. If you save it as a slideshow then the students can't 'cheat&'. Good measure of their previous knowledge.

A spreadsheet for the worked example in the Pearson BTEC National student book - Unit 2. It is all in one spreadsheet but can easily be cut and pasted so as to save it as CSV files if required. It includes the 4 venues, the 4 clients and 7 days of booking slots.

A mindmap template for students to fill in facts about the 4 different types of operating systems.

A set of revision mats that can either be printed or shared with students electronically to summarise the main points in each LO

Worksheets to help students practice ERD and normalization. (NB I have updated the ERD worksheet so that it includes the foreign keys)

These worksheets are designed to embed the use of selection in Python. Students are asked to write the program in pseudocode first before they write the program in Python. Also helps students break down a problem into pseudocode.
