This is an editable template so you can choose your font and you can choose the words you use. You will need to make a fish tank - a plastic box/empty food container can be used. You can then make some magnetic fishing lines and put paper clips on your fish. If you are making it to be re-used, you can print on card or laminate your fish. Primarily you could use it for reading and spelling, but you could also use it to learn vocabulary for any subject. For example, when a fish is drawn from the tray or box, you may have to define the word, then the other players read it out for you to spell.
