Types of chemical reactions crossword

Revising with my IGCSE chemistry students, I found some confusion with the types of reactions they had come across. We decided to list them all, as many as we could remember and write definitions for them. I decided to make it a bit more challenging by making the crossword to test how well they have learnt them.

Organic Chemistry Bingo

This is a bingo game for Organic chemistry (EDEXCEL IGCSE 9-1) Students choose 9 terms from the table and write them in their 3x3 grids (they draw these on scrap paper) They then take turns to call out numbers between 1 and 30, and the teacher reads out the defintion corresponding to that number. Students call out the answer and if that term is on their grid they cross it off . Teacher should write the numbers chosen on the board as they are chosen to avoid any confusion.
