A cut-and-stick PSHE activity for KS2/early KS3 students exploring our use of popular apps, the amount of time we spend on our phone and screen-time.
This worksheet can be used to support topics on emotional wellbeing, technology and social media, tech-addiction, screen-time and time management. The activity aims to help students consider which common apps help them to achieve their goals, and which apps should be time-limited to ‘downtime’ fun, by reassuring students that ‘downtime apps’ are fine… but only in small doses!
A reflection page consolidates learning, and encourages critical thinking and reflection by allowing students to take autonomy over their screen time.
