I work in an all boys, south London school where I have worked tirelessly to improve uptake in Drama in the students. Every resource I upload has been created with my school setting in mind and considers how a variety of students learn. 6 remote lessons designed for Year 7 as an introduction to Shakespeare. This PowerPoint explores the differences between a monologue and soliloquy and introduces students to line learning techniques. The first 2 lessons cover watching the play remotely so access would be needed on a platform of your establishments choosing (I used Drama Online). PowerPoint and accompanying worksheets for Lessons 3, 4 and 5 alongside a line learning logbook towards the end of the unit.
