This worksheet consists of two case studies of personality disorders, including the questions that help students review personality disorders, symptoms, and basic psychological theories such as classical conditioning, operant conditioning, and social learning. There are three common kinds of sleep disturbances associated with mental illnesses which are insomnia, night terrors, and nightmares. Students must join their role-play groups and review their characters. Then, prepare the 7 to 10-minute role-plays to teach their classmates about their assigned sleep disturbances. While each group is performing their role-plays, the audience must take notes about the following items: the definition of the sleep disturbance and its symptoms, possible causes in relation to psychological disorders, the suggested treatment.
