I am an experienced science teacher (chemistry, biology and physics) with 12 years’ teaching experience in the UAE, including six years in Dubai within a highly competitive British curriculum school. I have held senior middle leadership roles as Head of Science and Head of Lower Senior, contributing strategically to curriculum development, staff leadership, and whole-school improvement. My responsibilities have included the design and implementation of whole-school STEM programmes, creation of GCSE and A Level SOW, and the use of data analysis to raise standards and drive attainment. My teaching outcomes at GCSE and A Level Chemistry have been consistently outstanding, contributing to 80% A–B grades* and an average value added of +.8 to 1.2.
