TEACHER © is a coaching model, that can be used for coaching or mentoring staff, or for coaching or tutoring pupils. This resource is designed to be printed as a set of cards. The cards can be used as part of a staff appraisal. There are key cards that should be part of all appraisals, but extra cards can be introduced, as the appraiser becomes more confident at delivering a coaching style appraisal. The cards can also be used by staff as part of their personal development, as they highlight tasks to identify strengths, weaknesses and goals, and advice on creating an action plan.

A business project pack for pupils aged 9-13 encouraging young entrepreneurs to set up their own business. The pack can be printed off as a booklet, and pupils can be coached to work through the pack over a period of approximately 8-14 weeks. The project follows principles of Microsoft 21CLD and suggests use of Microsoft Office, although the pack can be used on its own, with computers only used to research a product or service. This pack is ideal for geography lessons, PSHEE lessons, or even as an extra-curricular activity.
