With over 8 years of tutoring experience, I create these papers myself based of patterns that I have learned for all of these exam boards, Exam boards recycle questions, test on particular things every year, and require you know certain parts of the specification in every exam series, so these papers are as close as you can get to the real thing. Whether you’re a teacher looking for a set of exam papers for students for progress checks or a student looking to revise the most important topics, this is for you!
This is a digital product so you will be able to download the product instantly and will not get a physical copy. This is to save you money and to save trees :)
Each paper comes with a mark scheme included with worked solutions so you can mark the papers for yourself!

Utilising over 8 years of tutoring experience, I personally craft these papers based on recurring patterns observed across various exam boards. Exam boards tend to reuse questions, focus on specific topics annually, and expect knowledge of certain specification components in every exam series. Consequently, these papers closely mirror the actual exams. Whether you’re a teacher seeking exam papers for student progress assessments or a student aiming to review crucial topics, this resource is tailored for you!
This paper is designed for the EDEXCEL specification, this digital product allows instant download, eliminating the need for a physical copy. This approach not only saves you money but also contributes to environmental conservation by reducing paper wastage!
Each paper includes a mark scheme with worked solutions, enabling easy self-assessment and thorough examination of the papers.

This essay deeply explores the ideas surrounding gas exchange, mainly focusing on anatomy and the science of it.
The human body’s respiratory system is composed of the lower and upper respiratory system and allows for different vital functions to occur. The lower respiratory system is mainly composed of the larynx, trachea, bronchi and alveoli-containing bronchioles (Brooker, R., Widmaier, E., Graham, L. and Stiling, P., 2018). One of its most important functions is providing a vast surface area that is needed for the exchange of carbon dioxide in our blood and oxygen from the air. This, together with other factors presented by Fick’s Law, provide the features of the lower respiratory system, making it ideal for efficient gas exchange. The respiratory system can be split into two sections- the conducting and the respiratory zone. Whilst the conducting zone involves all the parts leading up to gas exchange, the respiratory zone is where gas exchange occurs (Kumar, V., 2016). It is the lower respiratory system that will be examined in more depth within this essay to explain how its structure allows for its functionality and how things can sometimes go wrong.

This essay covers the scientific and ethical points surrounding the topic of editing genomes.
Since the 1960s, there has been an increasing possibility of editing the genes of both born and unborn humans. (Hayden, E, 2018) Doing this involves removing or targeting a specific gene or selection of genes within an organism, changing their codes to produce an advantageous characteristic or phenotype, and inserting them back into the organism. This has since been vastly improved, and with the introduction of the likes of CRISPR-Cas9, scientists have become more adept at carrying out such experiments more quickly, accurately and at a lower cost.
However, such new techniques and experiments have led to the public posing questions about the ethical complications, advantages and disadvantages of making editing our children’s genomes a readily available process.

A whole lesson on the revision of Sequences, Coordinates and Graphs, including flipchart lesson with examples to do on a whiteboard, and a main 4-paged-worksheet. There is also an extension worksheet that can be given to anyone who finishes early, or for homework.
The lesson takes approximately 1 hour, including the extension worksheet. Without, it should take around 45-50 minutes minimum.
