I found this set of pictures and could only think of the Memory Game activity as a means of using them. I have tried to differentiate the activity by the pictures being either named or not named.

Another version of What Am I. These I see as starter or filler activities. Always to hand, 10 at a time, covering all topics, a calming influence as learners have to read.

How Trees Make Water [video clip comprehension quiz]. This is an attempt to combine a Learning activity with a Testing activity. So you could jst use the video clip as a Learning activity simply by making the clip full screen. This presenter is an excellent explainer of complex concepts and his visual displays are stunning. I will include a number of his other presentations later. I decided to try and use the What, Why, How, When, Which, Where and Why questioning technique but not sure how beneficial this is.

TIME [00.00] [written] [digital 1] [E].
I have noticed that the topic of time is viewed often so I thought I would look to create more activities on this topic.
By creating “pictures” of written text it makes things simpler to adapt previous activities.
I have created this one using the o’clock time with a clockface, written time, digital 1 and digital 2 to cover the 24 hour clock.
This activity covers 1 o’clock, 3 o’clock, 6 o’clock and 9 0’clock.
I have created “pictures” of all of the times of hours, quarter past, half past and quarter to.
I will add these if requested.
