I am an experienced secondary English teacher and school leader with over 20 years of classroom experience and more than a decade working as a Head of English and senior leader. I currently work in an Outstanding secondary school, where I lead Quality of Education, supporting departments to develop high-quality curriculum, teaching and assessment across the school.
