This can be used by pupils as a checklist when revising for Eduqas Food Preparation & Nutrition to help them organise their revision and ensure they are covering all the topics on the specification. Teachers can also use this to plan their revision lessons.
Every thing you need to build a Year 9 Food curriculum . Included SOL, detailed lesson plans for every lesson and relevant recipe sheet to hand to parents and the learning journal . This is based on 9-10 weeks with 2 lessons per week. The SOL is linked to the GCSE Food Prep & Nutrition and the majority of it is based on Food Science, where pupils learn about the science of cake making and then conduct a mini food science investigation. The SOL also covers a little about Meat and poultry towards the end. This set of resources is literally ready to teach and use and will save someone a huge amount of time.
