This resource is for AQA Alevel english language students who want to understand the structure of paper 1. i have included: advice on timings, structure, section A, section B, and key things to know like child language theorists and the strengths and weaknesses of their theory. youth subcultures OCR A-level sociology

this is a quick and easy table that can be remembered to help you understand the different sociological theorists that talk about youth subcultures. i have included:marxist, functionalist, post modernist, interactionalist, types of subcultures, characteristics and reasons for emergence. i found this very useful as it isn’t a time consuming thing to learn but in this grid will make it easier to learn due to the colours. i would recommend writing these onto revision cards so you can test yourself or get someone else to test you.

differential achievement questions Sociology unit 3 OCR

i have planned two forty mark questions for the differential achievement questions in the education section of paper 3. This could be useful for structure if you are a bit unsure or if you would like past questions to complete and check if they could be marked correctly. I found tasks like this very useful as it helps you learn the structure and content through applying it to questions you may get in the exam.

Sociology OCR A level inequalities revision

(0)
For A level students who study OCR sociology and need revision on inequalities. I created this 8 page revision sheets set which includes: age, ethnic, gender and social class inequalities and evidence for inequalities in these areas like education, media, economic and health (statistics). This is a really useful resource which i am using for my exams this year as it has pretty much everything you would need for section B in the UNIT 2 exam. I would recommend writing these down on flash cards and trying to remember who says what, and the statistics. I have done statistics for each area and found that it is important to know between 9-12 stats. hope this is as useful for you as it is for me :)
