I hold degrees from the University of Oxford, where I was ultimately a non-stipendiary lecturer, Oxford Brookes (Graduate Diploma in Law), City and Middle Temple (Barrister) and am undertaking an M.Ed. I have taught in a variety of domestic and international independent schools in London and Oxford, and became Director of Studies at Chelsea Independent College in 2015, VP and Acting Principal in 2016. I led college through UKVI and ISI inspections (despite historic issues we ended fully compliant with excellent academics), oversaw the smooth delivery of new contracts and teaching structures, and a continuous improvement in investment and grades. College closed in 2020 as it had an international basis and could not weather the covid crisis.
