I have been working with young people for almost 16 years now and have been working in education for 10 years. My roles over the years have varied from volunteer Team Leader, Outdoor Instructor, Learning Support Assistant and Welfare Manager until I qualified as a Drama teacher in 2017. My career highlight so far has been taking a group of students to Finland on a winter/Arctic survival course and watching the students learning viral survival skills as well as build their resilience and teamwork skills. Having been teaching for 7 years now I am ready to take the next step in my career. I am currently actively searching for posts in a leadership role, whether that be Head of Department, Head of Year or Assistant Headteacher.
