conventions and themes of pantomime
Entire 6 week block of lessons based on the genre of pantomime.
Students learn about various themes, conventions and characters while creating their own version of a pantomime.
Includes two homework
Includes extra assessment lesson that we added this year to match the new GCSE spec. (Eduqas in particular)

Aimed at KS3 to introduce students to the KS4 text of The Tempest.
It can also be used as a quick introduction for KS4 to help them engage in quite a difficult text.
Lesson 1 focusses specifically on the opening scene - the shipwreck. It also introduces the characters on the ship.
