For all ages Used to keep track of students through the EHCP application process and for annual review. Also used to track communication specific to the EHCP process. Loved by other SENCO friends I have shown, so thought I would share.

NCFE Level 2 Creative Craft: Construction Booklets created to support students with creating a portfolio for the four units of the course.

Series of work books that go with the exam unit - providing students with ability to produce revision notes. The workbooks cover all 5 learning objectives in chunks. Used with all my students and proved successful, but also enjoyable for the students.

Progress Tracker for students and staff to use together for the Level 1 English Functional Skills. Students have found this very useful.

Document to track students information Used within our school to share strategies with teaching staff and a range of student information. Can be used for any age group and can follow them through the school. Our Governing Body get this once a term, with no names, and love it!

Used to track where I am with each EHCP - used in addition to my provision map. Allows me to track information specifically for those with EHCP’s or being applied for. Has come in very useful for me and also for when handing over to a new SENCO when I left. Have set it up in new school, people always like seeing it.

Adjusted to suit the Pearson GCSE History Specification. Guides learners through the skills needed to achieve grades 1-9 in GCSE history. Used in our setting in KS3 and KS4.

Presentation about Stop and Search Put together in conjunction with a serving Metropolitan Police Officer. Highlights Law, Practice and Policy as well as prompting discussions around this area of Police Practice. Includes presentation notes within the power point. Great for PSHE as well as Public Services.

Power point about the different kind of contraceptive methods. Aimed for child development, but can also be used for PSHME and science.

Power point that goes hand in hand with the fourth learning objective for the OCR Cambridge National Child Development Syllabus. Complete with starters, mains, plenary. Revision and tasks build in. Workbooks to go with this are also available.

Booklet that goes hand in hand with the power point created for unit 1. The workbook allows students to create notes that can be used for revision. It contains exam practice questions as well as a completed key word glossary. There are also sections for teacher feedback and students to comment on this also.

Examples of work for BTEC Travel and Tourism (Level 1/2) Unit 4.

This is a power point that gives a lesson by lesson break down for teaching unit 1 of the BTEC First Level 1 / Level 2 in Hospitality. The power point contains lesson structure; title, TBAT’s, starters, success criteria, key word lists, information, tasks, plenaries for each lesson and a practice exam question for each lesson. There are also a set of exam questions at the end of the unit. Been using this for some time with success with our students.

Used to support easy tracking of the OCR Entry Level Science course. Found the visual easy through out the year for our trust as well as for showing senior team when requested. Students also liked to see their results and watch themselves get closer to their targets. Includes progress over time tracker which I was praised for by senior team for Deep Dive preparations.

Scheme of Learning for Crime and Punishment Written for the GCSE History: Unit 10 Details of Cross Curricular Links, wider learning, lesson breakdown and learning objectives.

One document that contains information on each student and can be added to as a chronology. Used for all pupils, but could work just for SEND. Contains baseline data info as well as strategies section. Written with VSEND included, but could be removed. Rated outstanding by OfSTED
