I have recently achieved ‘Outstanding’ in our recent OFSTED inspection for EYFS in October 2023 and my detailed planning was highly praised within the report “…designed an ambitious and carefully ordered curriculum… this supports the children well to acquire the knowledge that they need for subsequent learning. Children are very well prepared for the demands of year 1”. Use this termly checkpoints document to support monitoring the children’s progression in each of the 7 areas of learning.
