Start2finish lessons

I am and assistant headteacher and have been teaching for 10 years in a school which has been graded as outstanding twice in those 10 years. I have never taught from bought schemes but have created each and every lesson from scratch thinking of every minute of the lesson and all abilities. My lessons include talk tasks, group work, book tasks and AFL questioning throughout. The idea being every second of a lesson is planned for to reduce your workload.
