Stakeholder’s Activity This activity links back to Business OCR and BTEC Unit 1: P2, M1 and D1. • It helps students to gain an initial understanding of the role and influence stakeholders have on a business and how their interests connect to the aims and objectives of the business. • It helps students to experience the conflict of interest that can develop between different stakeholders and the importance of reaching a compromise to solve conflict. • It helps students to evaluate the degree of influence each stakeholder can have on a business. • It includes 5 stakeholders: Customers, Suppliers, Owners, Trade Unions and Government.
