Who says revision notes shouldn’t be fun and artsy? Spice up your students’ Biology revision with these ‘doodle’ style condensed notes on 4 of the key topics: Plants, DNA and genetics, Infectious Disease and the Endocrine System (4 A4 sheets - 1 sheet per topic).
The notes can be used by students to:
Test each other in pairs about the concepts on the sheets
-Circle/extract as many Biology keywords as they can from these sheets
The notes were made using the CGP AQA Biology GCSE revision guide for 1-9 exams.
3 activities that will help student revise GCSE Biology keywords. The activities include unscrambling anagrams, a ‘degrees of separation’ activity (in which students have to find ways to link keywords) and a set of biology ‘equations’ (in which students have to recall keywords in order to fill in gaps).
Tired of suggesting standard revision methods to your students? Share these simple alternative ideas with them to liven up their revision when they need a break.
See my other published resources for pre-prepared packs of these revision activities for Biology students.

Do you find your students make mistakes when multiplying, dividing, adding and subtracting positive and negative numbers?
I find this can sometimes be a problem for students from Year 7 right up to students doing their GCSEs. Use these worksheets to give students a little extra practice with their operations using positive and negative numbers.
The multiplication and division sheet also helps them to review their times tables.
