The Publisher files gives you all diagrams and information, on 17 pages of A3, to produce a substantially sized display of the Carbon Cycle. All images are original and can be recoloured and some can be resized. PDF version cannot be resized or recoloured.

The resource enables you to produce a display concerning Fractional Distillation and Cracking. You have approximately 20 A3 pages of original coloured diagrams, labels and information that are suitable for GCSE teaching what fractional distillation is and why it is used, the difference between alkanes and alkenes and the basic process of cracking. Colour ways on diagrams can be altered as can the backgrounds to the text. This contains a lot of basic information and would suit a large display board. The picture will be updated as clearly this is a little difficult to view.

Using Publisher I have created a display for Particle Model and Specific Latent Heat. The 2 files (20 pages) contain all images and information to construct a substantial display and the colour ways on the graphics can be altered.

The attached resource is a basic revision tool that I have used with my students. There are approximately 260 basic recall questions that students can be set to ensure they have the appropriate basic knowledge across all of the Paper 1 aspects of the AQA Combined Trilogy syllabus. The resource has been set as a small part of weekly homework, either as whole sections or broken into smaller chunks. I have spoken to parents and got them to support the students by asking their children the questions and they are comfortable to do this as they have the answers available. I have also adjusted the format slightly and produced mix and match cards for the students to use in lessons. Students have found it really useful to kick start their revision for the GCSE’s.

Could be printed on card and then laminated to enable them to be used extensively.

In light of the new Required Practicals at GCSE I have used the attached booklet to enable students to consider a wide range of scientific words as well as apply them to individual investigations. Can be adapted to SEN easily by adding more scaffolding and I have used with Year 7’s to Year 11’s. The booklet is 5 A4 pages (including the front cover), divided into sections including Planning, Results and Graph Paper, Conclusion, Evaluation and a series of Additional Questions as well as the Dirt task we use for marking. All can be adjusted or added to.

The resource is a classroom display showing diagrams and information concerning ionic, covalent and metallic bonding, with structures and examples for each. Included are 13 A3 pages of colour diagrams and information. Clear and concise information that can be adjusted for your own requirements. All diagrams are original constructions. The photos are coming up significantly darker than in reality, however all colour ways can be adjusted to peoples personal requires.

The resource is for an alternative way of revising with students. The Connectagons are for all topics covered in Combined Science Trilogy Paper 1, based around the Higher content. The resource is A3 in size, but can be reduced when photocoying and are fully editable as they have been produced on PUBLISHER. Colours and content can be adjusted to suit your own students. Groups I have used them with have found them really useful as they link sections together and there is limited space, so rather than just doing notes they have to be selective with the information they wish to include.
