A 3-stage activity that gets students thinking about how to achieve in this speaking task. Students look at an exemplar higher task, discuss why it got a certain grade using a student friendly mark scheme (included) and then have a go their own photo description.

Whole lesson to go alongside Viva H as a consolidation topic for this topic. Students did flipped learning to revise internalise this topic’s vocabulary before coming to the lesson.

A two-sided resource that can be laminated and placed on tables or printed and given to students to stick in their books with all tenses and grammar structures (with examples) they are expected to use in speaking and writing to achieve individual grades.
One side for higher and one side for foundation.
Aim is to show students what they need to include to hit their grade but also to stretch more adventurous students to include new and higher level structures and tenses in their work.
GCSE Spanish Haciendo preguntas/ forming questions
A lesson that focusses on the essential GCSE skill of asking questions. There are a number of activities that introduce and practise the different elements of asking questions and there is a worksheet/resource that goes along with each activity so students can make notes/give examples in colours/ their own style. I then laminated this for each student and they have it in their files for reference each time they need to use this skill.
