Writing Unit originally planned for Year 6, but can be adapted for other year groups. There is a sequence of lessons all included that follow the writing sequence. The unit covers reading, vocabulary, and writing: character descriptions, story opening/ endings. The link to the Youtube video that is used as a stimulus is also on the file too. The unit is desgned to last 2 weeks, but has the flexibility to be shortened or lengthened, as per needs of a class.
