These are resources I have created to help with the delivery of the new BTEC Tech award spec. It contains: Assignment brief and checklist of tasks and assignments A task book for students to track evidence for their personal and professional skills development A development plan for students to reflect on goals that they have set themselves. A help booklet for students to complete the development plan effectively. Two knowledge organisers for Task 1 and Task 2 I have also included a Google Docs version of the development plan in case, like me, you use Google Drive to share and monitor student progress. A log book to help students to keep track of their ideas and how it relates to the overall “Big Picture”. It can help with the planning stages but also be used whilst they are composing to log how they have developed their music. I have included an example of how it could be filled in as a guide.
