Educate Your Smile is a programme teaches life skills to young children. It’s an easy to follow scheme that requires little planning. It is easy to deliver to your class and can be easily expanded to a whole school initiative. This programme offers a comprehensive approach to teaching five key learning areas being; Safe, Motivated, Independent, Leadership and Empathy, teaching children well-rounded fundamental skills to take forward through life’s ups and downs. With key catch-phrases and characters the programme offers a fun way to help children smile more often and we all know a true smile is infectious. Alongside having fun catch-phrases, fabulous posters, cheeky characters and a memorable logo, the programme can supply workbooks, assembly ideas, merchandise and tools to ensure school staff are well supported in its delivery. There are various ways to deliver the programme meaning it is flexible to suit the needs of a school or pre-school. It can be part of a PSHE package, which links with the new Dfe guidelines or it can work around or within the curriculum and can form a whole school initiative, really embedding strategies in children that help them today and for the rest of their lives In a world that is ever changing with advances in technology, heightened professional competition and a fast pace of living it is invaluable to be able to ‘smile’.
