This is a personal revision / study checklist that can be customized to any subject. Students can set their own weekly goals and decide which aspect(s) they would like to revise / practise. The idea is for students to take responsibility for their own progress and learning. I used the 'developer' function in word so that students can simply select a date, the term, the week, how well they understand something (e.g. spelling or creative writing) and what they have completed from a 'drop down' menu. I also explained how you can customize this worksheet so that it fits whatever you would like your students to revise / practise. Enjoy!
