This resource is used often on Time Out Tables, or around the room to support children in self-managing their behaviour. There are numerous prompts for children to use which supports them in working through their emotions.

This assembly script is designed for Y6 leavers - focusing on being locked in ‘primary jail’ for various crimes and needed to perform tasks to escape to secondary school. Each child has committed a crime (e.g. crimes against handwriting/dad dancing etc). one child from each task escapes until they join a group at the end, who perform a dance - therefore when adapting to suit your class, you may need to change the crimes or order of children. It could be adapted to suit any transition year. Our class thoroughly enjoyed this play.
