An activity designed to allow students to research the various aspects of the equation for photosynthesis.
Included: student sheet and information cards (just cut these down). With higher-achieving groups you could use this to find out what students know prior to learning

A Level Chemistry: Amino Acids, Proteins, DNA, and Anti-Cancer Drugs
Since the introduction of the new AQA A Level Chemistry Specification, I have been working on producing a set of 'lesson sheets' for each section of the specification. These are designed to be used as A3 booklets and contain information and activities, which structure a lesson.
The students and staff in my department have responded really well to them, and they can be used both to structure a lesson and for revision purposes. There are a range of challenge/support activities. Although specific for AQA, the content is applicable across exam boards.

Set of resources that cover the AQA Second Year A Level Chemistry topics:

Each resource is made up of a mixture of information and activities. I use these resources as A3 workbooks. All form the basis of a lesson, and your delivery will determine the depth that you cover.
