Hello from the PE Project!
‘My PE Project’ is a 20-page home workout log that your students can use to record their physical activity digitally for the next few weeks. We previously had it for print only but after a couple of requests we’ve adapted it to a digital version. We’ve had to learn new skills to do this so it may not be as sharp as we’d like but hopefully it will help with your online learning! This includes a personal profile page, workout logs, tips, definitions of key terms and reflection tasks. Plus, at the back are muscular and skeletal system tasks.
We received a question asking how to save the changes once the booklet is filled in. If you don’t have Acrobat, open the file in Google Chrome and go to “Print” then choose “Save as pdf” to save the changes.
If you need exercise ideas, then check out our Fitness Skill cards.
We hope you and your students enjoy logging their home workouts using ‘My PE Project’!
