I have designed this booklet to introduce students to WJEC Hospitality. It is based on a 5 week rotation. Easy to adapt to personal needs. Last page is deleted.
WJEC Hospitality & Catering Level 1/2 Mark Sheet ( Assessment)
I have put together a mark sheet for WJEC Hospitality and Catering Level 1/2. There are no whistles or bells, but hopefully it will save valuable time. You could of course format if required. It covers all of the Assessment Criteria and I have added in red the highest band for each one which will help with marking. Any suggestions gratefully recieved.
